About Global Catalytic Ministries
Headquartered in Nampa, Idaho, Global Catalytic Ministries relies on being obedient to the voice of the Holy Spirit and radical love, instead of evangelical doctrine to operate this disciple-making ministry worldwide. Since 2014, the organization has focused on areas where Christians experience a high level of persecution for their faith, particularly areas in the Middle East and Central Asia. Global Catalytic Ministries (GCM) rely on the service of nationals and former Muslims to establish underground churches, train leaders, and create networks of faithful Christians.
A highly efficient charitable organization, GCM minimizes overhead costs and utilizes most of its funds for direct assistance. According to a 2021 audit by a third-party company, only 19.5 percent of funds went to administrative costs, while 80.5 percent went directly to projects.
GCM has developed hundreds of churches in 14 countries in its eight years of operation. In 2020, the organization launched its global disciple-making ministry, Sheep Among Wolves. Shifting the focus from East to West, the ministry aims to help American churches implement an underground church model to not just endure potential persecution, but thrive.
